The Process

Contact me to set up a time.
When you fill out the contact form, I will reach out to you and we will set up a time and place that works for everyone involved.

Have some fun!
My goal is for this to be a fun and memorable experience for you! Bring your best friend, your dog, your best jokes - whatever makes you smile!
03.
Photos go through selection and editing.
After our session, you go home to relax (or head off to your next adventure), and I begin the process of selecting and editing the best pictures from your shoot! (Normally, this takes about a month.)
04.
Purchase your album and prints!
When your edits are ready to go, I will upload them to a website called Pixieset and send you a link that will offer average-quality downloads. From there, you have the choice to purchase prints and high-quality downloads from your very own album store! You will have a full month from the release date to select your downloads and purchases.
FAQ
How many pictures will we receive?
You'll receive all of your photos! I never want to limit the memories that my clients receive. Your session will include a download of all the photos at a "web quality" - these will be perfect for sharing online and using for profile pictures! Clients will have the opportunity to also purchase high-quality image downloads, as well as high-quality prints.
What time of day should we have our session?
There's a magic time of day called "Golden Hour" and it happens twice a day: the hour after the sun comes up and the hour before the sun goes down. If we can plan your session during that time, the lighting will be naturally gorgeous!
How should we dress for our family session?
What are you comfortable in? Which outfits fit your personality? Can the kids get their clothes dirty if we capture some playful shots? These are the clothes that you should wear for your session!
How long will it take to get our pictures back?
My goal is always to get photos edited and back to my clients within a month of the shoot. Depending on my schedule, the turn around time can be shorter than that.
